Crunchy Oats Happiness

Crunchy Oats Happiness

As you all know from past experiences I really battle with cookie baking *chuckle*….
But I may have just found another recipe I can pull off so to speak

This one is perfect…. I love the fact that it is hands on!
Rolling the dough mix, one can really focus on the love and happiness blessed and charged into this magickal bake. And my Witchlings feel it too – they loved every bite!
Hence just a few of the crunchy bite size oats and honey happiness left to share with you all

75g oats (grounding & prosperity)
75g flour
50g coconut (confidence & protection)
75g caster sugar
75g butter
2 tablespoons honey (happiness, healing, love)
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons boiling water

Preheat oven to 180*C and line your trays with baking parchment.

In a bowl mix together oats, flour, coconut and sugar.
(don’t forget to bless it )

Melt butter and honey in a pan over a low heat then add baking soda and water. The mixture will quickly turn foamy (hubble-bubble ) Carefully mix your liquid into your dry ingredients.

Now this is the fun part… The part were you can really impart your intentions into your magickal bake Roll into small balls and space evenly on your baking tray and then with your fingers, ever so gently flatten them.
Bake for about 15 minutes until the cookies just start to brown.
Remove from the tray with a spatula while still hot and soft and gently transfer them to a wire wrack to cool…

Or in our case… munch down while still super warm with a glass of free range, farm fresh, full cream milk…

Bright Blessings )O(
